Blue Bear is a small commercial specialty contractor that can offer large company expertise and knowledge at a lower price than larger construction companies. Our owner has over 30 years of construction experience and if we cannot solve an issue we have very strong construction relationships that will assist.

We also self perform our own painting and fencing work on projects or we can perform strictly as a subcontractor. We understand, manage and complete projects from both perspectives. This experience combined with self performance of these scopes of work are just a few examples of why we believe we are a rarity.
