Blue Bear is a small non-union specialty contractor that can offer large company expertise and knowledge at a reduced price than a larger company. We perform building construction, painting and fencing services in the greater KC area and are proud to be MBE, WBE and DBE certified. We are local, small and prefer to use local partners to assist in the performance of work or our local workforce. Our owner has over 30 years of construction experience and if we cannot solve an issue, we have very strong construction relationships that will assist. We understand, manage and complete projects from a general construction and as a direct prime or subcontractor so we understand both perspectives. This experience combined with self- performance work are just a few examples of why we believe we are exceptional at our jobs.
MEET OUR PRESIDENT:
Lotus brings many years of construction experience. From large corporate experience to our small family-owned business. She not only is responsible for sales, and direct client services, estimating, finance and accounting, she often works in the field performing overflow painting at projects as well. Her business motto is simple; Treat people like you would want to be treated and that starts with Quality before Quantity. She often says that we are not the cheapest commercial painters around, but it is hard to beat our quality, working pace and our need to meet our client’s schedule.
